About AISJ Global

AISJ Global is the international inspection division of Garage Ono Co., Ltd., a MLIT-authorized vehicle inspection facility located at 306-0617 Ibaraki Prefecture, Bando City, Kandoyama 1621-3, Japan. We provide pre-export vehicle inspection and certification services for Pakistani importers and Japanese exporters under PSQCA requirements.

Scope of Services

Our services include physical vehicle inspection, documentation verification and issuance of an AISJ Certificate of Roadworthiness. Our inspection is conducted in accordance with:

• Japanese MLIT Shaken standards
• PSQCA requirements under SRO 2443(I)/2025
• ISO/IEC 17020:2012 inspection body guidelines

Our certificate confirms the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection only. AISJ Global does not guarantee the vehicle’s continued condition after inspection or during shipping.

Application and Booking

To book an inspection, you must submit a completed application form with accurate vehicle and contact information. Required documents must be submitted within 3 business days of application. AISJ Global reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if:

• Required documents are not submitted on time
• The vehicle does not meet Pakistan’s import eligibility requirements
• Payment is not received prior to the inspection date
• The information provided is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent

Fees and Payment

Inspection fees are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change. All fees must be paid in full by bank transfer before the inspection takes place. Payment proof must be sent to [email protected].

Fees are non-refundable once an inspection has been conducted, regardless of the outcome. If a booking is cancelled before the inspection takes place, please contact us to discuss your options.

Inspection Results

If a vehicle passes inspection, an AISJ Certificate of Roadworthiness will be issued within 2 to 3 business days. The certificate is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

If a vehicle fails inspection, a detailed repair report will be provided specifying each failed item. A free re-inspection is available within 30 days of the original inspection date, provided the required repairs have been completed. Re-inspections requested after 30 days are subject to the full inspection fee.

Limitations of Liability

AISJ Global’s inspection is conducted by qualified inspectors using professional equipment and procedures. However, our certificate does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the vehicle’s fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is stated in the certificate.

AISJ Global is not liable for:

• Any defects or issues not identifiable at the time of inspection
• Damage, deterioration or changes to the vehicle after inspection
• Delays or issues arising from customs, shipping or third-party handling
• Rejection of the vehicle by Pakistani customs for reasons unrelated to our certificate
• Any loss of profit, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services

Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the inspection fee paid for the vehicle in question.

Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

• All information and documents submitted are accurate and genuine
• You have the legal authority to submit the vehicle for inspection
• The vehicle will be presented in a clean and safe condition on the inspection date
• You will not alter or tamper with the vehicle after inspection

Any false or misleading information submitted may result in cancellation of your booking, revocation of the certificate and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the AISJ Global website, including text, images, logos and certificates, is the property of Garage Ono Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced, modified or distributed without prior written permission.

The AISJ Certificate of Roadworthiness issued for your vehicle is for the sole purpose of vehicle import to Pakistan and may not be altered or misrepresented in any way.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
