AISJ Inspection Facility

Everything needed to issue a PSQCA-accepted Roadworthiness Certificate for Pakistan customs clearance.

Roadworthiness Inspection (RWI)

Comprehensive physical inspection at our MLIT-authorized facility, compliant with SRO 2443(I)/2025.

Complete Document Checklist — Japan to Pakistan
Vehicle Registration Documents
Official Japanese registration showing date, owner, VIN, engine number and specs. Used to verify vehicle age for Pakistan’s 3-year / 5-year eligibility rules.
JADA or equivalent export clearance confirming the vehicle is authorized for export. Submit at application or no later than 3 business days before inspection.
Manufacturer or dealer document listing factory-fitted options. Helps verify trim level, odometer, and identify unauthorized modifications.
Insurance & Tax Documents
Proof of Japan’s mandatory vehicle insurance (Jibaiseki) confirming legal operation on Japanese roads prior to export.
Evidence that all annual automobile taxes are paid and the vehicle is not flagged by Japanese tax authorities.
Exporter / Owner Information
Japanese exporter’s company registration or individual ID confirming legal authority to export the vehicle.
Required if a third party is submitting the vehicle on behalf of the registered owner or exporter.

Vehicle Eligibility for Pakistan Imports

Pakistan’s import regulations set strict age limits. AISJ verifies eligibility during documentation review — vehicles exceeding these limits cannot be certified.

How to Apply

Japanese exporters can apply on behalf of their Pakistani importer clients. Inspection completed in 2–3 business days.

Deliver vehicle to Bando City, Ibaraki. Certificate issued in 2–3 days on passing.
