The physical inspection is completed in one day at our Bando City facility. The official AISJ Roadworthiness Certificate is issued within 2–3 business days of the inspection. Digital copy is emailed within 24 hours of the certificate being issued.

Either party can initiate the application. In practice, the Japanese exporter typically applies since the vehicle must be physically delivered to our facility in Ibaraki Prefecture. Pakistani importers can coordinate with their exporter and copy AISJ on communications for transparency.

You will receive a detailed report listing every failed item with photographs. The exporter must arrange certified repairs and return the vehicle for re-inspection. Re-inspection within 30 days of the original inspection date is free of charge. After 31 days the full fee applies again.

Yes. AISJ Global is PSQCA-approved under SRO 2443(I)/2025 — the government regulation governing all used vehicle imports into Pakistan. The certificate is recognized nationally and accepted at all Pakistani customs entry points including Karachi Port, Port Qasim, and Wagah Border.

Payment is made by international bank transfer to the Garage Ono Co., Ltd. designated account. After your application is confirmed, we will send you full payment details by email. Once payment is made, send the proof to [email protected] to confirm your inspection slot.
